Below is some of the successful signage I have created for my library that you can feel free to use for yours as well.
Quick notes about printables. . .
Some of these printables will be in 11X17 format. They are also formatted as .pdf files, so I would suggest using the "poster" option when you print these. You can see a tutorial on how to do that HERE. Please note you must download the .pdf first to your computer before printing.
Others that are in 8.5 X 11 format will be in Google Slides. You will be forced to make a copy, so make sure you are logged into your Google account beforehand. This is so you may have this copy to resize images if necessary.

Connections Puzzle
Have you been playing the NYT's Connections puzzle every day? It's a great brain buster for your morning, and much like World, you get one puzzle a day and it resets at midnight. I wanted to bring this to our students, but the once a day was throwing me! UNTIL I found an archive website that will let you reset the board to play it over and over! So bring out those touch screen TVs, pull up the website, and print out the instructions if you'd like! PRINTABLES/RESOURCES |
Study Music Flyers
This is a simple idea of just posting some QR codes that lead to Spotify playlists of study music, each with a different theme. I found this idea from someone on Twitter, and I've been meaning to do it for a while! So the design and curation of these is not my own, but I have a Canva template to share! These were created by @rachaelreads and @cuethelibrarian! (Handles are from X/Twitter) Thanks for reaching out to let me know it was you! PRINTABLES/RESOURCES

CONNECT THE COLOR DOTS LOGIC PUZZLE
I saw this one as a video on social media, and I instantly knew it would be a HIT in my library! So I printed off some colored dots, found a bunch of these types of puzzles on YouTube and put it out for students. They loved it! All you need is a whiteboard and these printables! PRINTABLES/RESOURCES

BOREDOM BUSTERS STATION
I wanted to repurpose an old magazine rack that had been sitting empty for over a year into something new! So after being inspired by something I saw on Twitter, I decided to make it a Boredom Busters station! It's been a great hit with the students! PRINTABLES/RESOURCES None of the actual puzzles are my own invention. I've gathered them from a variety of sources, so if you want to create new ones, here's a few resources I used. WEBSITES The rest of the puzzles can be found through either an image search for the puzzle or through certain books you can purchase. Here are a few to think about purchasing. . . BOOKS |
Would You Rather Signage
I created this simple Would You Rather Passive Programming area near our board games to just have a simple yet fun student poll to get them thinking! I bought clear "suggestion boxes" off of Amazon and used buttons I already had at home for the tokens. PRINTABLES/RESOURCES |

Passive Programming Signage
These are multiple 8.5X11 posters I have made for the variety of passive programming I have in my library. If you don't have any of these passive programming items in your library, I have included links along with the signage to where you can purchase them! PRINTABLES/RESOURCES |
